pk365 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between pk365 ("we", "us" or "the Platform") and every individual who uses this website or its related services ("User"). By registering with or using pk365, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to stop using our platform. pk365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

pk365 services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for users aged 21 and above only).
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where receiving online betting or gaming services is explicitly prohibited.
• You are opening the account for yourself and voluntarily — not on behalf of any other person.
• You are able to provide accurate and valid information and agree to do so.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

To open an account at pk365, every user must provide truthful, accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person ("duplicate accounts") are identified, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Password & Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. pk365 will never ask for your password by email or chat. pk365 will not be liable for any loss arising from sharing your login details with another person.

3.3 Account Verification

pk365 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to provide a national identity card or equivalent identity document. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at pk365 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). This limit applies equally to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. pk365 processes withdrawal requests generally within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• The terms for withdrawing bonus funds are detailed in the Bonus section below.
• pk365 reserves the right to place any withdrawal request on hold pending investigation if fraud is suspected.

4.3 Failed Transactions

pk365 is not responsible for transactions that fail due to payment gateway or network issues. However, we will make every effort to return failed deposits as quickly as possible.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at pk365 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus). The current wagering multiplier is 15x.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses will be cancelled and related winnings may be forfeited in the following cases:

• Attempting a withdrawal before the bonus conditions are met.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonuses or using coordinated betting strategies.
• Taking advantage of promotional offers by providing false information.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

pk365 reserves the right to make the final decision on accepting any bet. Bets placed on odds or payouts that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error or software issue may be declared void.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if identified, will result in account closure:

• Placing bets using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence.
• Coordinated betting — multiple users working together to abuse bonuses.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting unauthorised access to other users' accounts.

6.3 Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over a game result, pk365's recorded server logs will serve as the final evidence. Disputes must be reported within 48 hours via live chat or email.

7. Responsible Gaming

pk365 gives responsible gaming its highest priority. We believe that entertainment should always be safe and controlled.

• Users can set their own deposit or betting limits.
• The option to temporarily or permanently suspend an account is available.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on the pk365 website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and code — is the exclusive property of pk365. Reproducing, distributing or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

pk365 accepts no liability for the following:

• A game being interrupted mid-session due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Transaction delays caused by issues with a third-party payment provider.
• Account information being exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• The service being temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical errors.

pk365 strives to operate the safest and most reliable platform possible, but legal liability for the matters listed above cannot be accepted.

11. Account Closure & Termination

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. To do so, please notify the support team via live chat or email. It is advisable to withdraw any valid balance before closing the account.

11.2 Closure at pk365's Initiative

pk365 may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• An underage user's account being identified.

12. Changes to the Service

pk365 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any game, betting market, payment method or any part of the platform at any time. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for service improvements or maintenance. pk365 is not obligated to provide compensation in such situations.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between pk365 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. For disputes, please contact our support team first — we are available 24/7 via live chat and email.

14. General Provisions

If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The latest version of these Terms will always be available on this page and supersedes all previous versions.
