pk365 Responsible Gaming — Your safety is our priority
pk365 believes that online betting should be a form of entertainment — never a source of stress or problems. Our protection tools and support team are always by your side.
What is responsible gambling and why does it matter?
The best way to enjoy online betting and casino games is to stay aware of your own limits. At pk365, we want every user to play with enjoyment and never find themselves in a situation where gambling has a negative impact on their financial or mental well-being.
Responsible gambling is not just about following rules — it is a mindset. Before every bet, ask yourself: is this within my means? Am I playing just for fun, or am I trying to recover money I have lost? These two simple questions will help keep you on the right track.
Please remember: Playing at pk365 is for those aged 21 and above only. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in the permanent closure of the account.
pk365's Protection Tools
We provide the following tools to keep your gaming enjoyable and in control.
Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A 24-hour waiting period applies to increasing the limit, but decreasing it happens right away.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a short break, you can place a temporary pause on your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time, logging in or placing bets will not be possible. Once the break ends, your account will be reactivated automatically.
Self-Exclusion
For longer-term help, you can choose self-exclusion — for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During this period, your account will be completely closed and you will not be permitted to open a new one.
Session Limit
Set a limit on how long you play in one sitting. Once the set time has passed, the system will automatically log you out and display a warning message.
Game History & Statement
You can view a complete record of all your deposits, withdrawals, and bets at any time from your account. This information will help you understand your spending and make informed decisions.
24/7 Support Team
For any issue, pk365's support team is available around the clock. Get help in Bengali via live chat or email — our team will understand your situation and help you take the right steps.
Recognising the signs of problem gambling
When gambling shifts from entertainment to a problem, certain specific signs appear. If you notice any one of the signs below in yourself, contact pk365 support or take a break.
Placing more bets to try to recover money you have lost — this is a dangerous pattern of thinking that typically leads to even greater losses.
Hiding your gambling from family or friends — the tendency to hide things often signals that the situation is getting out of control.
Spending household money or emergency funds on gambling — you should never bet with money that covers essential needs.
Unable to stop playing even though you want to — losing control is a clear sign that professional help is needed.
Gambling by borrowing or taking on debt — this can be a major cause of both financial and mental crisis.
Feeling anxious or irritable when you cannot gamble — psychological dependence is a serious matter that should not be ignored.
How to activate self-exclusion
You can protect yourself in just a few steps. This process is completely confidential.
Log in to your pk365 account — go to your account settings or profile page.
Find the "Responsible Gaming" section — you will find a list of protection tools there.
Select the "Self-Exclusion" option — choose your preferred duration (6 months, 1 year, or permanent).
Confirm your request — a confirmation message will appear. Accepting it will close your account immediately.
If you need help, contact us via live chat — our support team will guide you through the entire process.
Deposit Limits & Budget Planning
At pk365, the minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is also ৳500. Setting a deposit limit based on your financial means is a simple but effective step.
Create a budget where you only spend money on gambling that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life. Think of gambling as a leisure expense — just like the cost of a cinema ticket or eating out at a restaurant. Payments at pk365 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — use these familiar methods to easily track your transactions.
Do's
Set your budget before you play. Play only with money set aside for entertainment. Stick to your limits after a win. Take regular breaks.
Don'ts: Do not place more bets in an attempt to recover lost money. Do not gamble by borrowing money or breaking into your savings.
Protecting Minors
pk365 strictly does not allow anyone under the age of 21 to open an account or play. Age is verified at the time of registration and proof of identity may be requested if needed.
If you have children or teenagers in your household, please lock your device and pk365 account with a secure password. It is best not to leave your device with others while you are logged in.
Advice for Parents
Use parental control software on your device that can block access to gambling sites. Use a strong password for your pk365 account and do not share it with anyone. If you have any suspicions, let our support team know — we will investigate.
